Worcester's season finale against Rochester was cancelled due to unplayable field conditions at Frontier Field. The WooSox finished the 2022 campaign with a 75-73 record under first-year manager Chad Tracy. Ronaldo Hernandez led the team in batting average (.261) and slugging percentage (.451), Christin Stewart led the team in on-base percentage (.364) and home runs (19), Ryan Fitzgerald led the team in RBIs (72), and Jarren Duran and Jeter Downs finished tied for the team lead in stolen bases with 18 each.
On the other side of things, A.J. Politi led qualified WooSox pitchers (min. 50 innings pitched) with an ERA of 2.41. Brian Keller recorded a team-high 126 strikeouts while Connor Seabold led the team in wins with 8 and Kaleb Ort led the team with 16 saves in 18 opportunities
