Lester likely game 4 starter
Barring the unforeseen, LHP Jon Lester will be the game four starter Sunday night in Colorado, Manager Terry Francona announced this afternoon. Lester threw a four inning simulated game on Tuesday. In other World Series news, SoxProspects.com #2 ranked prospect OF Jacoby Ellsbury will be in the starting lineup tonight at Fenway in centerfield in place of Coco Crisp, and RHP Kyle Snyder has been added to the Red Sox World Series roster in place of the ailing Tim Wakefield (shoulder).
