Bard lowers ERA to 1.04
10/20 Cup of Coffee: In Arizona, Mesa blanked the Peoria Szguaros 2-0. Hunter Jones was credited with a hold throwing 2 scoreless innings. He allowed 2 hits and a BB but did not record a strikeout. Jed Lowrie went 0 for 4 and is now hitting .125. Jon Still went 0 for 4 also and his average slipped to .185. Meanwhile in Hawaii, the West Oahu CaneFires defeated the Honolulu Sharks 7-2. Daniel Bard threw another scoreless inning. He did not allow a hit but did give up 2 BB. He also had 2 Ks. He lowered his ERA to 1.04. Argenis Diaz went 1 for 3 while Jason Place went 1 for 4.
