Last night, Pawtucket went down to defeat at the hands of Rochester 9-4. Marc Deschenes started and took the loss. He went 4 innings allowing 9 runs on 11 hits. He walked 1 and struck out 3. Craig Hansen pitched 3 1/3 innings of relief allowing 0 runs on 1 hit and 4 BB. He struck out 2. Enrique Wilson went 2 for 4 with 2 RBI. Ron Calloway was 1 for 3 with a run scored. Dustin Pedroia was 1 for 4 with a run scored. Portland edged Trenton 5-4. Devern Hansack went 5 innings allowing 2 runs on 4 hits to pick up the win. He walked 1 and struck out 4.
