14 former Red Sox draftees selected in 2013
This year, 14 previous Red Sox draftees were re-selected in the amateur draft. Boston's sharp eye for talent is evident, with a high number of re-drafted players including 18 in 2012 and 2010, and 19 in 2011. 2009 selection Reed Gragnani was re-drafted by the Red Sox in the 21st round of this year's draft.
