Okajima recalled from Pawtucket, Doubront optioned

The Red Sox have recalled left-hander Hideki Okajima from Triple-A Pawtucket, optioning left-hander Felix Doubront to Pawtucket.

Okajima, 35, appeared in five games for Pawtucket, allowing just 2 hits in 5.2 innings pitched. Doubront appeared in just three games for Boston, allowing 2 runs on 4 hits in 2.2 innings.
