Day Three of the 2010 MLB Amateur draft is underway. Here is a rundown of the Red Sox selections in rounds 31-40:

31st round (953) - Dustin Renfroe, C, Copiah Academy (MS)

32nd round (983) - Jordan Alexander, CF, Vista HS (AZ)

33rd round (1013) - Mark Donham, RHP, Jupiter Community HS (FL)

34th round (1043) - Michael Gleason, RHP, Cal State Chico

35th round (1073) - Joshua Riddle, SS, Western Hills HS (KY)

36th round (1103) - Shane Rowland, C, Tampa Catholic HS (FL)

37th round (1133) - Aaron Jones, C, San Clemente HS (CA)

38th round (1163) - Thomas Bourdon, OF, Northwest Catholic HS (CT)

39th round (1193) - Nicholas Robinson, SS, North Central College

40th round (1223) - Luke Yoder, LF, Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo

Of particular note in this group of drafted players is shortstop Nicholas Robinson who is the son of Red Sox Texas area scout Jim Robinson. A senior out of North Central College, Robinson likely will sign with the organization and begin his career with the Lowell Spinners.
