Still, who registered 8 hits and 4 walks in 24 plate appearances during the week, improved his line to .286/.398/.493 on the season for the Sea Dogs. The 24-year-old Mississippi native now has 3 home runs and 12 RBI in 20 games played in 2009. A fourth-round draft choice by the Red Sox in 2006, Still can now claim three Player of the Week awards to his credit, including one last season when he hit .265/.363/.489 with 22 home runs for Lancaster and was named a California League All Star.
