Pawtucket LF/DH Chris Carter posted a dominant .478/.519/.957 (1.474 OPS) line in 23 ABs (11 hits), mashing three home runs and two doubles, batting in seven runs and scoring nine, drawing 80.6 percent of SoxProspects.com community's votes and winning (Position) Player of the Week honors for May 19-25 by acclamation. Carter, 25, acquired last fall for Wily Mo Pena, is hitting .313/.363/.490 for a .853 OPS with Pawtucket in 2008.
