The spring training season kicks off today with exhibitions against Boston College and Northeastern. Many prospects and minor leaguers should see significant playingtime. Here are the expected line-ups:

Baseball America’s recently published Top 100 Prospects List includes seven Red Sox, tied with Tampa Bay for most of any one team: 4. Buchholz; 13. Ellsbury; 40. Lars Anderson; 64. Masterson; 73. Lowrie; 94. Michael Bowden; and 96. Ryan Kalish.
