Lancaster OF Josh Reddick continued to heat up like the California high desert, blistering the ball at a .363/.393/.618 (1.010 OPS) pace in June, with seven home runs, three doubles and one triple in 102 ABs (37 hits) over 24 games, earning SoxProspects.com Player of the Month honors. Reddick, 21, scored 26 runs while batting in 28 and also took five bases on balls. His hot June follows up an almost equally torrid May in which he posted a .339/.355/.620 (.975 OPS) line. On the season Reddick is .353/.378/.605 (.978 OPS) with Lancaster, with 14 HR, seven doubles and seven triples in 252 ABs over 61 games. Reddick is currently the fifth ranked prospect in the organization by SoxProspects.com.
