Navarro homers twice in Drive win
6/5 Cup of Coffee: Charlotte defeated Pawtucket 4-2. Clay Buchholz started and went 5 scoreless innings. He allowed 3 hits and 2 BB. He had 3 Ks. Hunter Jones (1-2) threw 2 innings giving up 4 runs on 6 hits. He had 4 Ks. Chris Smith threw 1 clean frame. He had 1 K. The PawSox managed just 1 hit in the game.
Erie blanked Portland 5-0 in a rain shortened 5 inning game. Kris Johnson (3-3) went 4.2 innings allowing 3 runs on 6 hits and 4 BB. He had 5 Ks. Carlos Vasquez went 0.2 of an inning giving up 2 runs on 2 hits and 3 BB. The Sea Dogs managed just 2 hits in this contest.
