Sea Dogs win Eastern League

The Portland Sea Dogs are Eastern League Champions after defeating Akron 8-5 on Sunday. Brandon Moss won Eastern League Playoff MVP honors after hitting .361 with 5 home runs and 10 RBI in the playoffs.
