Red Sox draft picks, rounds 31-40


The 2012 MLB draft has concluded. The Red Sox with their final ten selections took six college players, three high school players and one junior college player. Some of the notable drafted players are Austin Davis, the Southern Mississippi starting quarterback who signed as an undrafted free agent with the St. Louis Rams was taken in the 31st round. Local product Pat Delano, a big right-handed pitcher out of Braintree High School was selected in round 35 but is coming off of surgery. With their final selection they took center fielder Kevin Heller out of
