Best Players Available: Day Two

With the first 60 picks of the 2012 MLB Draft in the books, we're moments away from Day Two, which will encompass rounds 2-15. As usual, there's still plenty of talent left on the board, and that will likely still be the case when Boston picks at No. 87. Here's a quick rundown of players who were ranked in Baseball America's Top 50, but remain on the board today.

Tanner Ranier (BA No. 34) SS/Palm Desert (Cal.) HS
Anthony Alford (BA No. 36) OF/Petal (Miss.) HS
Ty Buttrey (BA No. 38) RHP/Providence (N.C.) HS
Carson Kelly (BA No. 43) 3B/RHP/Westview (Ore.) HS
Mitch Brown (BA No. 44) RHP/Century (Minn.) HS
Nolan Fontana (BA No. 46) SS/Florida
Wyatt Mathisen (BA No. 47) C/Calallen (Tex.) HS
Walker Buehler (BA No. 50) RHP/Clay (Ky.) HS

As usual, will have all of your draft needs covered. Check back often for reports on each Red Sox draftee through the tenth round, and once the action is over, stay here for exclusive analysis.
