Bailey homers twice in PawSox win
6/23 Cup of Coffee: On Sunday, Pawtucket got by Columbus 8-6 in 10 innings. Edgar Martinez went 5.2 innings allowing 2 runs on 3 hits and 2 BB. He had 7 Ks. Miguel Asencio threw an inning giving up 3 runs on 2 hits and 2 BB. He had 1 K. Michael Tejera did not retire a batter but allowed a run on 1 hit. Lincoln Holdzkom threw 2.1 scoreless, hitless innings allowing 1 BB. He fanned 1. Hunter Jones (3-2) threw 1 scoreless frame allowing 2 hits. He fanned 1. Jeff Bailey went 3 for 4 with 2 homers. Jed Lowrie went 2 for 4 with 1 run and 1 RBI. Keith Ginter went 2 for 3 with a run scored and a RBI. Bryan Pritz went 2 for 5 and scored a run.
The Portland / New Hampshire game was suspended in the 4th inning and will be resumed at a later date. Lancaster was not scheduled to play yesterday.
