Ryan Kalish has been called up to Greenville from Extended Spring Training and added to the Drive's roster. Kalish, 20, was off to a hot start last season in Lowell, putting up a .368/.471/.540 line with 3 homers, 13 driven in, and 12 steals in 23 games, when he broke his hamate bone. Initially going the rehab route, Kalish had surgery in the Fall and was not yet 100% to start the Spring. He was initially expected to start the season with the Drive, but joins them three weeks late after spending some extra time healing up in Fort Myers.
